And generation 6 introduced a psychic/ghost Pokémon, Hoopa, responsible for making them. 

Objects can be passed through Hoopa’s hoop. Also, Hoopa Unbound is an alternate form that is psychic/dark. Legendary Pokémon can be summoned by Hoopa Unbound. 

It is possible that Niantic plans to introduce new Pokémon in the game due to these rings in the sky. And they might be brought by Hoopa.

Why these Strange Hoopa Rings appearing in the Sky?

Pokémon GO: Ultra Unlock is an event you may have heard about recently if you have been playing Pokémon GO. And there has been a long-running problem. 

These rings appear out of nowhere as part of Ultra Unlock part 3. Also, there is also a good chance these rings will only be available until the part 3 event concludes. 

What is Ultra Unlock Part 3?

In Pokémon Go, the Ultra Unlock event brings the legendaries Zacian and Zamazenta from Galar. Additionally, it includes Wooloo, Trubish, Falinks, Skwovet, and Gallarian Darumaka, among others.

There are more Wooloo and Skwovet appearances, followed by Galarian Darumaka and Trubish. If you are very lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a Falink!

As for the Pokémon which can be hatched from the 7km eggs, you can encounter Galarian Ponyta, Galarian Farfetch’d, Galarian Meowth, Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Stunfisk, Galarian Darumaka, and Galarian Slowpoke. 

It wouldn’t be complete without the shiny Pokémon. But the shiny Pokémon you could encounter are Shiny Galarian Weezing, Shiny Galarian Meowth, Shiny Galarian Stunfisk, or Shiny Galarian Farfetch’d.
